RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT
We are always looking for driven, passionate leaders to join our management team. All managers are expected to complete a six to eight week, Manager-In-Training Program that includes extensive “hands-on” learning. Each management trainee will rotate through all key positions in the restaurant to include a kitchen boot camp. Towards the end of the training, the candidate will shadow all levels of management and work management shifts to develop skills related to expediting, dining room management, financial analysis, and human resources.
